Dr Pradeep Panigrahi has over 26! years of rich experience in Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgery. Being in the field for the past 2 decades he has accumulated immense expertise and experience in Gastrointestinal and advanced Laparoscopic procedures and Endoscopy. He did his MBBS in 1992 from SCB Medical College Cuttack and MS (General Surgery) in 1998 from Berhampur University Odisha. He completed his Diploma in Basic Laparoscopic Surgery from GEM Institution in 2003. He earned his Advanced Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from EITS Strasbourg France. He has been trained in advanced minimal access procedures from various eminent institutions and centers in India and abroad. He has served Indian Navy as a Surgeon. He has been a teaching faculty for UG and PG at SRMC, Chennai. He also headed the unit of GI & Laparoscopic surgery at Columbia Asia Hospital at its Patiala facility before joining Gleneagle Global Hospital since 2013 as HoD GI & Laparoscopic Surgery as well as Medical Director. He has operated more than 18 thousand GI and Laparoscopic procedures at all these eminent centers.

Dr. Pradeep has been an excellent academician with great research interests. He has enjoyed mentoring his post-graduates and young surgeons in Laparoscopic and minimal access Surgery. He has been an active member of various surgical associations and active participation in conferences and workshops. He has many publications in the field to his credit. He displays great skills and passion for patient care.
